TERMS AND CONDITIONS – MANOIR LA MEFFRAIS 1741
SARL LA MEFFRAIS DEVELOPPEMENT
These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to direct bookings made with Manoir La Meffrais 1741. Any reservation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Bookings made through partner platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Gîtes de France, etc.) are governed by the terms and conditions of those platforms, which prevail over the present document.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Deposit: To confirm a direct booking, a minimum deposit of 50% of the total stay is required. A secure payment link is sent within 24 hours after the booking request. If payment is not completed within 4 hours after receiving the link, the booking is automatically cancelled and the room is released.
Balance: The remaining balance must be paid before arrival at the Manoir or, at the latest, upon arrival.
Payment methods: Credit card, secure payment link, bank transfer, cash, and Holiday Vouchers (digital and paper). American Express cards are not accepted.
Rates and conditions: Rates, cancellation policies, and deposit amounts may vary depending on the selected rate. The conditions displayed at the time of booking prevail.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. The deposit is refunded (excluding bank fees). Less than 14 days before arrival: the deposit is non‑refundable. – Modifications are possible up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability. After this period, any modification is considered a cancellation.
Best Price Guarantee / Non‑Refundable Rate: The deposit paid is final and non‑refundable, regardless of the cancellation or modification date. Any change of dates or stay duration results in the loss of the initial deposit and requires a new booking.
No‑show: In case of no‑show, 100% of the stay is due. The remaining balance may be charged to the credit card provided.
Early departure: Any stay that has begun is due in full. No refund or reduction will be granted in case of early departure.
Partner bookings: Cancellation conditions of partner platforms prevail over the present Terms and Conditions.
HOUSE RULES AND GUEST INFORMATION
Check‑in: from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Check‑out: from 8:30 am to 10:30 am Breakfast: served from 8:30 am to 9:45 am
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is non‑refundable, even if not consumed or in case of early departure. The Manoir is inaccessible between 11:30 pm and 8:00 am.
CHILDREN
The Manoir is not equipped to accommodate children under 6 years old. No baby cot is provided. Children remain under the full responsibility of their parents. Any arrival with a child under 6 years old will result in immediate refusal of accommodation, without refund. The stay remains due.
PETS
Pets are not allowed. Any arrival with a pet will result in immediate refusal of accommodation, without refund. The stay remains due.
ROOM CAPACITY
Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. Any arrival exceeding this capacity may result in refusal or additional charges.
NOISE, PARTIES, AND DISTURBANCES
Parties, gatherings, and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited. Any disruptive behaviour may result in expulsion without refund.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The establishment cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage.
USE OF PREMISES
Private areas of the Manoir are not accessible to guests. Use of the kitchen, refrigerator, personal equipment, or any non‑public area is prohibited.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
Photography or video recording in private or non‑public areas is prohibited.
LATE ARRIVALS
Any arrival after 8:00 pm must be approved beforehand. In case of late arrival without prior notice, access to the Manoir cannot be guaranteed and no refund will be issued. The stay remains due.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Bookings of more than 3 rooms may be subject to specific conditions (higher deposit, security deposit, additional charges).
DAMAGES AND THEFT
Any damage or theft will result in charges corresponding to repair or replacement costs. In case of significant damage, additional charges may apply.
WEATHER CONDITIONS / FORCE MAJEURE
Weather conditions or force majeure events cannot result in refunds or compensation.
DISPUTES AND PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. In case of dispute, French law applies exclusively. Competent court: Dinan.
